How long will my order take to be made and shipped?

I try to get all orders made and shipped within two to three weeks, although I do try my best to make it the shortest time possible. Please understand that all these items are handmade, from selection of leather to the final stitch, handmade items take time, love and skill to make. I will get in contact with you as soon as you place your order to give you a rough lead-time and will contact you again when the item has been shipped to give you the tracking number. If you require your order urgently please get in contact and we can discuss your needs.

Why is it so important to give measurements for an item I want to order?

Please refer to the measuring guide to learn how to take measurements for ordering belts and dog collars. It is very important to get the correct measurements, as missed measured items are non-refundable.

Will my order have a makers mark stamp?

All the items I make will have a personalised makers mark stamp unless it is a prop that cannot have branding. If you feel you do not want a stamp on your item please get in contact.

Do you take on commissions?

Yes, I am very happy to discuss a custom commission order. Please use the commissions page to give you details or get in contact and we can talk through your requirements.

Do you restore and mend old leather items?

This is something I am very passionate about and yes I am very happy to take on leather items that need fixing, even if I didn’t make it! Leather can last a lifetime, but from time to time leather old and new needs a bit of love and mending. Please get in contact to discuss you requirements.

Do you sell in other places?

Yes, I sell on ETSY and at a number of craft fairs and markets throughout the south west of England.

Are the leather options available the only ones you offer?

Although I have spent time sourcing the best leathers and colours for my collection, there is an endless choice of leather colours, thickness’ and textures available throughout the world. I do try to only use Vegetable tanned leathers, as they are kinder to the environment in the tanning processes used. I am very happy to discuss your needs and requirements and can help with other leather options. Most tanneries are happy to provide small samples so it is possible for me to obtain these and send them to you.
