DELIVERY + RETURNS
The majority of my work is made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to handmade and shipped. You will be notified when the item has been shipped.
If you require an item sooner than the above mentioned times please get in contact to discuss your order and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
UK Delivery: Free
Delivery within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) is free for all orders. Using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery post.
Should a customer wish to use a different method than the Royal Mail 2nd class post I will be happy to arrange this for you. Please get in touch to discuss this when placing your order and please be advised that you will incur the cost of postage using a different delivery service.
International Delivery: £15
I will happily deliver internationally at a cost of £15 using Royal Mail international tracked and signed service.
Be advised that some countries will incur a customs charge; Warriner Leather Works is not responsible for paying this customs charge.

Due to the ‘made to order’ nature of this small business all sales are final and WLW does not accept returns. I am very happy to answer any questions and provide additional information and photographs of any items before you make your purchase. I understand that handmade leather goods are an investment, and I want you to have a beautiful product that you are well informed about before purchasing.
Please make sure that when providing specifications or measurements, that these are accurate before you submit your order. Please contact me if you need more information or help with measuring.
If you received an item, which you believe to be faulty due to craftsmanship, or damaged materials please get in contact to discuss your concerns, we are after all only human and mistakes can be made with handmade products. If in the case that you receive your item with the above mentioned faults WLW will refund the cost of postage to return the item and will offer a full refund or replacement of the item once I have thoroughly checked over the item and deemed it faulty.
